The record you are considering is a ORIGINAL US MONO copy of The IKETTES's LP titled "Soul The Hits".
LABEL- MODERN Records, MMLP-1002.
Release Date 1960's
The Ikettes, fed up with not being compensated for placing "Peaches and Cream," "I'm So Thankful" and other recordings on the charts, defected from Ike Turner's camp and began recording as the Mirettes since Turner owned the name Ikettes. ALLMUSIC
1964 through 1966 on Modern Records saw a new lineup of Robbie Montgomery (ex-Artette), Vanetta Fields, and Jessie Smith.

SIDE 1- "I'm So Thankful", "Da Do Ron Ron", "Can't Sit Down", "Lonely For You", "Not That I Recall", "Camel Walk".
SIDE 2- "Peaches "N Cream", "Don't Feel Sorry For Me", "Sally Go Round The Roses", "It's Been So Long", "He's Gonna Be Fine".
CONDITION:
Cover is a MINT, still in the SHRINK WRAP!!, NO cut corners or wear! MINT!!!. PROMO sticker on the back!
Vinyl looks MINT!!, plays darn close, at the most a very random faint tick. Stock label(photo). No surface, Unbelievable sound!!!!!
One of the top ten GIRL GROUPS in my opinion!! GREAT Record!

The COLLECTION is probably from a BLACK RADIO distributor. Most are PROMO's!! Strong numbers of certain labels. Few Motown.
R&B, SOUL, FUNK, BLUES, JAZZ, COMEDY, GOSPEL and related items!!! Other than the SOUL and R&B, they were played likely once or twice!!
