The Human Expression - Optical Sound B/W Calm Me Down, Accent Records, 1967, AC-1226-0, VG+ / VG GRAIL PSYCH 45...The best 45 for 1967, you can keep Light My Fire, the rarity and awesomeness of this record need not be discussed, if you've never heard it it's on You Tube. The A-side Optical Sound is VG+, plays strong and is even quiet in the fade out near the end! Incredible! The B-side, Calm Me Down, is VG only because of a small mark (not a scuff - kind of a stain - see the last pic) in the lead-in grooves. It only sounds for about 2 rotations or 3 seconds into the music - then it is gone. Yeah, I mention that stuff, because this 45 deserves a forensic description. Includes a nice original Accent sleeve! Some records are expensive because they're rare. Some are expensive because they're great. This record is BOTH rare and GREAT! No Reserve means the high bid wins! Bid with confidence, read my feedback, check my other auctions for more hard to find Halloween and PUNK and PSYCH records, including the blockhead classic Stand-By Girl. It's crazy!
All records are play graded with a VPI Scout turntable fitted with a new Goldring 1042 cartridge. All records are cleaned with a VPI 16.5 Record Cleaning Machine.
