'Tell Me How' is the first and only single from the album 'Fool's Paradise', which was the first album released by Rock and Roll supergroup 'The Head Cat'. The Head Cat comprises Lemmy from Motorhead, as well as Danny B. Harvey and Slim Jim Phantom of The Stray Cats. Lemmy sings the lyrics and (unusually) plays acoustic guitar, while Danny plays guitar and bass and Jim plays drums. The band's name is an amalgamation of Motorhead and The Stray Cats.
The sleeve is in Mint condition:
The sleeve has no creases, dinks or any other marks and is hand-stamped on the inside with a unique number: 164 out of 400. The white paper inner sleeve containing the 7" single has no centre hole and is instead hand-stamped in the middle with the 'No Balls Records' logo. Also included is a paper insert featuring the band on one side and an advert for No Balls Records on the back. The inner and the insert are also unmarked and in perfect condition. All of the above are contained within a plastic 7" sleeve for protection.
The Vinyl is in Mint condition:
The vinyl plays at 45 RPM on both sides (I think!) and is pressed on clear vinyl, it is completely transparent and has a large 'juke-box' style centre hole. The centre of the record has not been removed, this is how it shipped from the record label. The record has no marks of any kind and has not been played since it was purchased.
Fools Paradise was first released by Cleopatra Records, but in 2007 it was re-released by No Balls Records, along with this 7" single. 400 copies of the single were pressed in clear vinyl by the No Balls label. A Further 100 copies were made in black vinyl by the associated label 'Black Cat Records'. The two songs are both cover versions of old Rock and Roll classics. As an interesting side-note, the original Cleapoatra issue of the full album was on CD only and had no name. It was simply titled, 'Lemmy, Slim Jim & Danny B' and included two extra acoustic tracks.
