This is the a rare live vinyl album "Dead Relix" by The Grateful Dead. It was recorded at Oakland Stadium in Oakland, CA on October 10, 1976. It was released on Cat N Dog Records, catalog number 517. It includes the tracks:

The record itself is in Excellent (EX) condition with just about no visible marks and absolutely no scratches. The cover is also in Very Good (VG) condition with some wear. Great buy!
