Description
Golden Earring - "The Golden Earring" Vinyl LP.
Original 1969 Canadian-issue 12-track LP on Polydor Records.
This is the original pressing on heavyweight 160gram Vinyl.
Not to be confused with other Earring LP's with the same or very similar titles, This one is a hard-to-find, shortened Canadian-only version of the band's 4th album.
Titled "On The Double" and issued as a 2xLP set in most of the rest of the world, this re-titled Canadian version was cut from 19 tracks down to 12, and issued in a completely different cover.
Superb condition all round (see detailed gradings below).
This copy has survived it's 40-plus years incredibly well - It's hard to imagine you could find a better one!
Catalog Number - 543.091.

Condition :-
Vinyl - EX Plus
- All pretty much clean and unmarked. Virtually no sign of any play or handling.
Sleeve - EX
- No sticker marks or writing, No ringwear, No edge or spine wear, No splits, No creasing.
- Back cover is clean and bright - No grubby marks etc. on the white background (see photo). Very unusual to find them like this now!
- Nice Sharp, Unrubbed corners
- Just the very lightest of general handling/storage marks.
- Original "Thick Card" sleeve.
Labels - EX Minus
- No wear, writing or sticker marks. Ultra-faint spindle marks.
- A few light "age spots" - No associated fading though - Nothing Drastic!

Despatch and Packing :-
All items are normally posted within 48 hours of receiving payment.
Where payment is by Cheque (or Paypal's eCheque), items will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared.
Purpose-designed mailing/packaging materials will be used.
Your record(s) will be well protected against the rigours of normal handling/shipping, including getting wet in the rain!
All records are packed outside of their main packaging (in a new plain inner where necessary), to avoid sleeve splits in transit.
Gradings :-
I use the UK "Record Collector Magazine" grading system for vinyl.
