Jacket in open shrink from Sam Goodys, as shown, with Goody label placed on back corner of jacket.  Goodys always removed small areas of shrink and affixed label and cashiers initials on every LP they sold. It drove some customers loco but no exceptions were made. In the 1960s and 70s, Goodys was probably the biggest record store chain in the NY CITY area.
