THE FLOWER POWER - 'Sunshine Day'/'You Make Me Fly' (Tune-Kel 608) February 1968

Original and first vinyl single by THE FLOWER POWER. In Excellent condition.

The Flower Power were based in Louisiana, possibly coming from Gulfport, Mississippi as keyboardist Gregg Giuffria is from there.
Their first 45 was the Acid Folk Flower Pop gem 'Sunshine Day' which is a hazey  trippy  heart melting cornucopia of  male/female vocals. Female vocals by  Sandi Craig. The B side baby 'You Make Me Fly' is an acid psychedelic attack of the nervous system with a notable compact organ sound and fuzz action.

GRADING:
We do our best to stick to these general grades and
SS  Still Sealed - in factory-fresh condition
NM a near perfect, probably unplayed record
VG+  Very Good Plus close to like new with only superficial signs of use that dont affect play. Only well cared for records will grade out to VG+.
VG Very Good - a used, reasonable copy. There will be obvious signs of wear and the possibility of light surface noise between tracks or during quiet passages, but still quite nice.
VG- Very Good Minus - significant wear and marks and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
G+ Good Plus. NOTHING good about these items.  From here down a record will only be listed in this condition if they are highly collectable or in demand.
