The Falcons  "The Teacher/Waiting For You/You're So Fine/Goddess Of Angels"

This is a US vinyl EP on United Artists  UAE 10.010 from 1960.      It comes in the original hard picture cover.     It has 4 songs and plays at 45 RPM.     The Falcons are an early rhythm and blues group from Detroit.    Joe Stubbs was the lead singer on these songs.   He was replaced in 1960 by Wilson Pickett.      "You're So Fine' was their biggest hit.     This record and cover books for big money in Goldmine.  

Condition :   Cover : M-  /  Record : VG+  

The picture cover is Mint minus.     No ring, no splits, and no writing.       It has a storage bend that has bent the top right corner slightly back.

The vinyl looks near mint with no scuffs.    It plays VG+, because there is one tiny scratch on side two that makes 6 pops at the very begining of the first song.     When you look at the record it looks flat, but when you play it you can see the needle go up and down slightly.     This is a storage warp that does not effect play at all.     It plays with no skips or jumps.    

About Me :

I started collecting records in 1966.       I started selling in Goldmine in 1985.          I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.     And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.

Packaging :

I take great care during packaging and do each one personally.      I use hand cut cardboard, which I get from a trucking company.   (It's so thick that you will save it and use it again.)  I always remove the record from the picture sleeve and tape them inside a clear plastic record sleeve.      All packages are marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.   

Postage : 

You have to pay for the postage.   So,  I pre-weigh each package and you pay the exact amount the post office charges.   There are no handling charges.       This record will weigh 9 ounces when ready to ship.  US winners can figure out your own postage costs for US First Class or Media Mail.    I will send it through Paypal and you will get an email with the tracking number.    Overseas buyers must use First Class Mail International.     After I send it, I will send you an email with the date I mailed it and the US customs number.         (Buyers from Italy will assume all risks for shipping to your country.)       I will send your record as soon as you pay. (same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM, Monday thru Saturday)   I will combine postage if you win more than one record.    Please wait for my invoice with all of your winnings in one package.
