Description

ARTIST:.....Fortels

TITLE:.....None

LABEL:.....Ultra-Sonic acetate

YEAR:.....196?

CONDITION:
Record: SIDE ONE: VG (some surface scuffing and surface marks - plays with no skips. Surface noise present, but not overpowering)
Record: SIDE TWO: N/A
Cover: None

NOTES:.....The music sounds like a blue-eyed soul group. They do 2 covers (On Broadway - Drifters & Beg Me - Chuck Jackson) and 3 originals. The address on the labels is 140 North Franklin Street, Hempstead, New York.

I do not know if these tracks were ever released. Could not find any links on the internet to the Fortels from New York. I did find a group from Youngstown, Ohio, who recorded as the Fortels, but that was a garage band.

PLAYLIST:
Side 1:Love Bound...On Broadway...Eyes...This Is My Love...Beg Me...
Side 2:...N/A

RECORD GRADING:
(SS) STILL SEALED.....never opened, still in original shrink wrap.....
(M-) MINT.....like new, no noticeable flaws whatsover.....
(VG++) VERY GOOD PLUS PLUS.....slightly less than mint, showing the slightest bit of wear.....
(VG+) VERY GOOD PLUS .....still in great condition but showing a bit more wear.....
(VG) VERY GOOD.....still acceptable but showing quite a bit of wear.....
A + or - (plus or minus) denotes slightly better or slightly less than a grade.

I ship all records in special record mailers, using a cardboard slat on each side of the record. The disk is always packed OUTSIDE of the cover. Satisfaction guaranteed or your money will be gladly refunded.
