Description
On offer is an original 1966 monaural pressing of Wilson Pickett's LP The Exciting Wilson Pickett, Atlantic 8129. There's not a weak track on the record, and it has several soul classics.
The record plays great, sounds great -- full and bright. The vinyl has much of its original shine and gloss. It has some surface marks and hairlines but no significant scratches. There's some light crackle at the very start of both sides. But then the music takes over and it's a fine listening experience. No skips or catches. I grade the vinyl a strong Very Good. A name is written on the label on Side 2.
The cover is fresh and bright and has no splits, tears or creasing. There's a name on the front in ink and a little marking on the back. Nothing significant. See photos. Spine is good.
