Very rare pre-production test pressing. Could very likely be the only copy in circulation- most were destroyed. This is the actual first stamping that the artists, engineers and producer approved (or not). 
It is the "A" side only. The matrix is etched "MGV-5110 N.Y.  V-2151 A".  It was typical to press the A and B sides on seperate discs. The back side is a complete set of grooves with no sound. The matrix is etched  "STEREO BLANK 3X"

Side "A" NM : The sonics are spectacular. Very well recorded.  
Test pressing is hand dated: "4-13-61"
