Vinyl: EX, deep glossy sheen with no marks. Some light surface noise between tracks. Overall the sound is bright and clear, no scratches, jumps or sticking. 

 Sleeve: VG, some lifting of the laminate and creases on both sides along the spine, and a crescent shaped section on the front. Small owner's sticker on the back.

 Inner sleeve: VG-, this has lyrics on both sides. Some creases but intact. 

 Labels: EX, No spindle wear. 

NB. My listings always end on Sundays. Due to disability I can usually only get to a post office once a week, generally on Tuesdays or Wednesdays, so payment by Monday night would be appreciated, or there might be a delay in posting.

A brief introduction. I have been selling unwanted possessions on ebay for some years now. I'm now starting to list part of my record collection which goes back to the early 60s. There will be a variety of genres and rarities such as 1st. pressings of "Up for the Down Stroke", "The Who Sell Out", "Let it Be" boxed and "The Wedding Album" to be listed in the coming months.

All records will be graded using the Record Collector guidelines (see below). If in doubt I will err on the side of caution. Every record will be play graded after being cleaned on a Clearaudio Smart Matrix record cleaning machine. You will not find expressions such as "Wow" "Best you'll ever see" or "Amazing" in my listings. I am proud of my 100% feedback and hope that will remain the case…customer satisfaction is paramount to me. I offer a 7 day return policy if the item is damaged or not as described. Record Collector Rare Price Guide - Grading System

(M) MINT: -

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. 

The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. 

Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

(EX) EXCELLENT: -

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. 

The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

(VG) VERY GOOD: -

The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. 

Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

(G) GOOD: -

The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. 

The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

(F) FAIR: -

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.

The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

(P) POOR: -

The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. 

The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

(B) BAD: -

The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
