Description
It is with some reluctance along with excitement and anticipation that I start parting with the bulk of my LP collection, which spans 50 years of buying, trading, and selling. At 60, I have four years left to work and will be traveling extensively once I retire and I need to "lighten up." For the next couple of years I will be selling a vast number of lps, 45s, 10" vinyl and memorabilia. I don't have a list and am not going to start making lists. I will be putting up my stuff in the order that best suits my plans and needs. Don't hesitate to ask questions about anything, however. My feedback should suggest that you can bid/buy/offer with confidence.
The deluxe BLINKING LIGHTS package includes 3 LPs of the critically acclaimed album on vinyl for the first time with a fourth disc that is an exclusive 17 track live album, MANCHESTER 2005, recorded shortly after the release of BLINKING LIGHTS. Pressed on 180 gram vinyl, the 4 LPs each have their own covers, rice paper dust sleeves, and are accompanied by a hardback book of lyrics and photos, all housed in a beautifully crafted box that is numbered and begrudgingly signed by the author himself, EELS leader E. The edition is limited to only 2,500 copies and will be sold in order of lowest cover numbers first, 0001 - 2500. And this is not a fake signature like the ones often found on eBay. The exclusive MANCHESTER 2005 album is only available on vinyl as part of the BLINKING LIGHTS deluxe limited edition box set. It will not be released in any other formats.
The box not sealed, it didn't come that way from The EELS website, but I guarantee you it has never been played. I'm the original and only owner. Out of print, sold out, and becoming more rare quickly, particularly in such fine condition.
US buyer to enjoy free, insured shipping. International rates otherwise apply. Anything sold Internationally with a value over 125 will be shipped with that value declared for your protection and mine unless you provide me a written release of responsibility for delivery. Your tracking will guarantee I shipped but my liability ends there. THis box and packaging will weigh upwards of 4 lbs, so international shipping is probably cost prohibitive. I'm not offering International shipping as a result, but if you want to inquire, I'll figure it out. Just know you will also be paying customs and it must ship insured at your cost.
