• I am not a record dealer so I’m not well versed in record grading. I would say the record is in VG++ as a conservative rating, might be NM. I would grade the cover at VG++. Check out the photos to make your own assessment.

• Vintage songbook is in overall good condition with some small tears and blemishes and a price sticker on the front cover.

• Vinyl and songbook sold as a bundle.
