Wow! I was staggered reviewing the prices of this ‘Simply Vinyl’ LP today. The cheapest on eBay is a snip at £324 + postage and it is in the US, the cheapest non-eBay I can find is from Canada and is £186 + postage. However, when I stop and think about it this is an outstanding piece of vinyl. My love of Sylvian, Bowie and Numan is well documented although this LP was well within my top 10 pieces of vinyl. ‘Hotel California’ was utilised as my test track to demo my Linn LP12/Klimax system to friends and family. The acoustic guitar notes literally hang in the air, absolutely stunning!!! If you are serious about vinyl then you need to own this record…
