This auction is for a set of two Original near mint condition Vinyl LP's from 1972 that have only been played a half dozen times or so and only on a Dual 1229 adjustable turntable that was state of the art at that time and caused virtually zero wear. The auction consists of the "EAGLES" FIRST RELEASE, ASYLUM Records NUMBER SD-5054 (0598) From 1972 and contains the hit single "TAKE IT EASY", as well as " WITCHY WOMAN", "PEACEFUL EASY FEELING", and "TRYIN". This record was purchased by myself when I was stationed in Puerto Rico in the Navy on December 1st, 1972. The sticker is still on the back of the sleeve. I think it will come off fairly easily if the winning bidder doesn't want it on the jacket. The second record is "FOGHAT", Bearsville Records, Warner Brothers number BR-2077 (0598) and is also a single record, and the FIRST RELEASE From this band. This LP contains "I Just Want To Make Love To You", This is the one that put them on the map. These various LP's have been in dry storage for the last 45 years and have no damage or faults of any kind in either the records, sleeves or jackets and I would now like to have them go to someone that will appreciate and enjoy them. I have been selling quite a few of these LP records from my pristine collection so if you would like to look at my 2857 positive feedback messages you can get an idea as to how nice these really are. These are the only two records that I have from these two artists, so if you would like to own them, please don't hesitate. I believe that they will go fast.
