Record Condition Side A: VG+
Record Condition Side B: VG+ Additional Information: Visually the record looks in a strong Ex condition, I noticed when I was test playing it that it didn't sit completely flat on the turntable so have graded the record down slightly to VG+. It is slight and doesn't affect playback at all(Hear sound files).
