Original 1st US pressing factory sealed copy of The Doors 3rd studio album “Waiting For The Sun” released by Elektra Records in June, 1968. Based on the presence of the “Includes Hello, I Love You” hype sticker affixed to the top right corner of the front cover underneath the shrink wrap, the currently listed copy represents a very early 1st Stereo pressing and has a “UNIPAK - PAT. PENDING” cover with the opening for the record located inside the gatefold as oppose to the standard external one found on the repressing. “Waiting For The Sun” topped the Billboard 200 chart for four weeks including The Doors’ 2nd US number one single “Hello, I Love You” as indicated by the hype sticker.

Marvelous factory sealed copy in Mint condition. The fully intact shrink wrap contains the original breathe holes, one on the front cover and two on the back.
