Record Grade: VG++/EX Some light sleeve scuff marks, do not effect play.
Cover Grade: VG+ Factory punch out on both cover and inner sleeve. Two inch seam split in the middle bottom inner sleeve.
While I'm new to selling records on EBay, I have been managing a record store in Dunedin, Florida for over 5 years. We have always strived for 5 star customer service, in our "Brick & Mortor" store.
