INFO FOR ALL BUYERS

OUR HOURS:  We typically work a normal 5 day week, Monday-Friday, 9:30 to 5:30.  We will respond to all e-mails, but typically answers will take 24 hours to arrive.  Do not expect a response after hours or during the weekends or holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS: We use USPS for most shipments. In some cases we may use UPS instead, especially if the package is large or oversized, so don't take the shipping method listed as gospel - your  purchase could be sent by either carrier, but the majority go by USPS.

 SHIPPING FEES:  We try hard to only charge actual cost unless an item is listed with Free Shipping. We do not charge any additional fees for packing materials or handling. 

COMBINING SHIPPING:  We are happy to do this for all customers, unless specifically stated in the listing, or if the items cannot be shipped together (for instance it's hard to send posters and records in the same package without damaging them, you get the drift).  Please request a total through the eBay system and We will do our best to reduce shipping for multiple items. NOTE THAT COMBINING SHIPPING DOES NOT ALWAYS REDUCE SHIPPING &HANDLING COSTS, BUT IT WILL NEVER INCREASE YOUR SHIPPING & HANDLING COST. If you made multiple purchases that can be shipped in one package, contact us through the eBay system and WAIT FOR OUR INVOICE (unless listing states that shipping cannot be combined).  DO NOT pay for multiple items, by arbitrarily inserting a figure for SHIPPING &HANDLING.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Payment is due  within 48 hours AFTER We send the invoice with SHIPPING & HANDLING for your country included. If you pay the US shipping cost and you live outside the USA it will not only delay the shipping of your item, but it will cost you more in the long run.  

We ARE REASONABLE PEOPLE:  If there’s a problem with your purchase, please contact us and let us know.  As eBay buyers We always want to provide you with a great buying experience! OFFERS:  Unless you see the "Make Offer" button on our listings,  We are not interested in offers.  If you must, please make it reasonable.  Asking for 50% off won’t work.  If you can find it for less, please, buy it there rather than haggle with us. Thank you in advance!

PAYMENT TIMELINE: Since we only accept PayPal, there's no reason that payment can't be made at the moment of purchase.  We allow a 48 hour period to make a payment from the end of the auction (or, in the case of multiple purchases, 48 hours after you get an invoice with combined shipping, if shipping can be combined).

SHIPPING METHODS & COSTS:  Items must ship by Priority Mail or better to satisfy eBay rules, which protect both buyer and seller.  Priority is usually faster than 1st Class and includes insurance, but it costs more. EMS is faster, includes insurance and tracking, and is usually even more expensive.

SHIPPING & HANDLING PRICES IN THE LISTING:  International Buyers, if you'd like a quote for another service (Fedex, UPS or similar), PLEASE, contact us BEFORE YOU BUY to ask for a SHIPPING & HANDLING Price Quote and make sure to include your country.

VALUES ON CUSTOMS FORMS & CUSTOMS FEES: We will NOT falsify customs forms for anyone - EVER. If you have to pay customs and/or other fees in your country, this is your responsibility .  If an item sent internationally is returned to us because the buyer refuses to accept it or to pay fees imposed by their local government or delivery service, we will not refund the SHIPPING &HANDLING costs if the item is returned to us.  Again, these costs are the buyer's responsibility.

DELIVERY TIMES:  International Deliveries face various potential roadblocks that domestic shipments do not – customs officials & inspections in particular – so we cannot guarantee that any package will arrive within a specified period of time.  Most packages do arrive within the estimates.

Payment: We accept Paypal payment only.

International Shipments: Duty fees/import tax/brokerage fees may apply. We are not aware of what these charges may be or responsible for them. We reserve the right to charge actual shipping rates in the event that the flat rate does not cover shipping costs. Shipping exclusions apply. See shipping tab for more information.

International Note: Due to recent international import restrictions, items made of wood material (i.e.: Guitars, Ukulele's, Bass Guitars, etc) are not permitted to ship to Japan. If you have any questions, please contact your local Customs department. 

Shipping: Shipping is through USPS and/or UPS based on weight/dimensions of the package. Refer to the flat shipping rates stated in the listings. Buyers from HI, GU, PR and AK please e-mail for rates before ordering. Tracking information is supplied through eBay once item is shipped.

Returns: Returns are accepted only when the item arrives not as described in the listing. We must be made aware of misrepresented item within 14 business days of delivery. We will need an e-mail address provided to send a UPS return shipping tag for the item. Please let us know if a replacement or refund is desired. Refund or replacement given upon our receipt of ALL original items and packaging. If returned item is found to be in proper working order as listed,or contrary to what the buyer described, return freight and re-stocking fees will be charged to the buyer.

Damaged Items: Please notify us of damaged items within 5 business days of delivery. Provide description and or photos of all damaged goods along with your phone number for UPS. We will immediately file a UPS claim for the item. Refund or replacement given upon receipt of returned item.
