The Dells
Love is Blue - 1969 Cadet Records LPS 829.  The matrix runout indicates that this is the Terre Haute pressing, which is the very first pressing made in the United States.  The cover has some shrink, but its hanging on for dear life.  Thus, the cover is in VERY GOOD PLUS condition with 2 small seam splits on the top-corner ends. The record does not skip, and mostly plays as EXCELLENT.  Due to some cosmetic wear, it grades as VERY GOOD PLUS, with rare minor surface noise, usually at the beginning of select songs.
The Mighty Mighty Dells - 1973 Cadet Records CA 60030.  1st US Pressing.  The cover would grade EXCELLENT, but on the back cover there are some rips (visible in the pictures, so. No seam splits The record plays EXCELLENT for the most part.  It's VERY GOOD PLUS, to be safe with the assessment.  Attractive visually, no skips, with limited scuffs and limited to no surface noise.
BOTH OF THE RECORDS WERE PLAY-GRADED.
Description of conditions referenced:

Excellent (RECORD) - The record shows faint signs of wear such as light scratches/blemishes/scuffs. However, the marks are superficial for the most part should not affect the quality of the sound too much. The record will play with little surface noise (if any) and will have a great listening experience.

Very Good Plus (RECORD) - Shows signs of wear, light scuffs or scratches may be present but they should not affect playback significantly. Nothing felt by fingernail. 

Very Good (COVER/SLEEVE) - The jacket has pronounced ring wear, shelf wear, stickers, marks, staining, seam splits on any or all 3 sides but they are still fairly intact.  Has any or all of; writing, cuts, and discoloration.

Very Good Plus (COVER/SLEEVE) - Jacket may have 3-4 of the following: ring wear, shelf wear, seam splits (less than 1” long), writing, creases, discoloration, names, stickers, notch/corner cuts. 

Excellent (COVER/SLEEVE) - Jacket may have 2-3 of the following: light ring wear, wear on the corners/ seams, small names, stickers, notch/ corner cuts, creases, and light discoloration. Labels may have spindle marks, small writing such as initials, and small stickers.

Please note that I tend to grade on the safer side as to ensure the customer gets what they expect (if not better).
