Our books are collected from thousands of resources from around the world. The well-over 8000 magazines are from the collector of Howard House of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and are in excellent shape. Most often the Vinyl is in amazing EX-Excellent condition (see Pictures), from the collection of the early 60's Radio Disc Jockey Lou House of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Chicago Illinois where he broadcast on WLS Radio.

Wali Siddiq, formally Lou House noted Jazz Radio DJ from Chicago’s WLS Radio
At NOW JUST UNDER thousand vintage long playing (LP) albums are from the collection of this outstanding former DJ who was born and raised in South Minneapolis, and moved to Chicago in the early 1940’s
Most of his collection is in excellent condition, the vinyl itself is in very good condition. The estate has authorized to sell/auction a large collection of his rare jazz albums; this is rare at its best. Some rare copies of albums that are “Very Rare” records and we know that and they will have record markings of industry standards such as Rudy Van Gelder (RVG), with "EAR" symbol in the dead wax, or Deep Groove, or Blue Note Records
The records are in amazing condition if any defects found surface noise may be heard but will not overpower the music. Most records have not been played in years. The jacket appears with DJ’s writing or name stamped on it; and the pictures reflect what you will receive. Please ask for more pictures or any and all questions before purchase.
The collection is in Very Good to Excellent condition which shows very little shelf wear or showing bowing or end corner tears! (See pictures). These albums are Very Rare Records and will have record markings of industry standards such as:
- Rudy Van Gelder (RVG)
- with "EAR" symbol in the dead wax
-Deep Groove
- Blue Note Records
GRADING - (DONE VISUALLY, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED)
EXCELLENT (EX) is the highest grade standard, and we will not use ++. We don't grade cover, but will describe
VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) – Record surface may show slight signs of wear and may have light scuffs.
VERY GOOD (VG) – Many of the defects found on a VG+ record are more pronounced in a VG disc. Surface noise may be heard but will not overpower the music. There may be light scratches that will affect the sound with occasional pop and crackle.
