Before Pere Ubu, before the almighty Dead Boys, the now legendary Rocket From The Tombs was formed in Cleveland. This snazzy 2LP set features 19 tracks (approx 75 minutes) of live stuff, all recorded around Cleveland in 1975. Early takes on Pere Ubu's "30 Seconds Over Tokyo" & "Final Solution", plus pre-Dead Boys versions of Cheetah's "What Love Is", Sonic Reducer" and "Down In Flames", and Laughner's prophetic "Ain't It Fun" and "Never Gonna Kill Myself Again". Plus covers of The Stooges & The Stones!
(Editorial: If you're a fan of Cheetah's, track down his excellent 2010 autobiography, written with Legs McNeil. It's one of the best rock books I've ever read!)

SIDE 4 (Tracks 1-3 Same as Side 3/Tracks 4-6 Recorded May 5, 1975 @ The Agora : Frustration/Down In Flames/Search And Destroy
CONDITION : A solid "B+", near mint. Vinyl played 1-2 times, burned to disc, kept in plastic lined paper sleeves. Gatefold cover kept in it's original plastic sleeve, has a tiny corner bump. Plastic sleeve has a hole in it, but the cover is not affected in any way.
