A Stunning Copy of The Damned Stretcher Case Stiff 1977 Ltd Edition Not For Sale Free Gift. This is a near mint condition Sleeve has 2 very light Marks on Back of Right Foldover Flap at the Top & The Flap is not Quite Folded Correctly please see all close up pictures of back & front, Also the Top Right top Corner has a Crease but that's easily remedied due to storage
Vinyl I would describe as mint it plays beautiful looks like new. A side is Stretcher Baby written by B.James/R.Scabies B Side is Sick of being Sick Written by B.James. Produced by Shel Tamy. Published by Rock music Co. Matrix runout: Dammed -1-1 (stamped) "I said you better have the album I said you better have the album" etched. Then Dammed -2-1 (stamped) "One year olds" etched. Ltd edition of 5.000 the record was given away at 1st anniversary gig at London Marquee on 3/6 July 1977. Some copies sent free to The Damned Disciples original members of fan club also 250 given away by NME in a competition. Please note the sleeve alone is selling for £100+. This is a really clean, genuine real collectors dream.
