"Selftitled"
On sale here is is an original Australian stereo pressing of The Doors 1st album as released in 1967 on the collectible Elektra gold label. Super copy!
DISC EX has a slight foggy around label on B side which is common with this pressing as my other keeper copy has identical mark
LABEL: EX- has pencil mark on side A. typeset off centre B side.
GATEFOLD COVER: This is the Astor issue in the flimsy sleeve with foldbacks which is highly susceptible to damage and near impossible to find in mint condition. Fortunately this has been preserved very nicely so is in excellent condition.
GRADING EXPLANATIONS
All gradings are strict and generally visual although I may partially play test select items.
M- Archive copy. Superb!
EX very clean and in beautiful carefully used condition. A keeper..., no need to upgrade!
VG obvious signs of moderate use. Will have scuffs/hairlines but nothing ugly. Possible audible background noise inc some pops etc.
G heavy use, audible background noise for sure. Won't be pretty but still worthwhile due to rarity etc.
A plus or minus indicates a bias to the next level.
