Description
For sale is my first UK pressing of The Cure's album, Wish. I think this copy is particularly special for a few reasons:
It's clearly a first pressing and ticks all the boxes verifying that - the runout etching is correct; the copyright and Polydor UK attribution on the back cover is correct; the barcode, FIXH 20, and catalog number are correct. The condition of the cover is fantastic, the corners are great considering it's age, and there's a little sticker residue in the top right corner, I couldn't find *any* ring wear on the cover.
The records are a little dusty but they're almost pristine, the sleeves have minimal ring wear, but one sleeve does have a little damage. See the photos please.
It still has its original Made in England sticker intact and clean - no evidence that someone tried to peel it off at any point.
This record comes from a clean, smoke-free household.
This is one that I've been very proud to own, I think even the most picky collector would inspect the cover and records and be very pleased.

I've tried my best to include lots of photos and describe what I see but please let me know if you have any questions or if you want photos of anything I haven't included. I will work to make you confident in this record.
As for shipping, I care about this stuff as much as you do so I will be packing the record in a 13x13 box, generously wrapped in bubble wrap, and sandwiched between two pieces of 70 point chip board for extra rigidity. This is important to me.
I also cannot ship internationally. I will under no circumstances ship to any other address but the one confirmed on your eBay and PayPal accounts.
Lastly, all the things I'm selling come from my own collection that I've had for years, I'm just once again trying to pass on some things that others might enjoy.
