Here it is!  Unearthed from a basement, first time ever available online, The Crystalights on Sunset.  1141 & 1142 X45; etched in dead wax.

CRACKED.  There is a major crack on this record.  UNTESTED.  AS IS.

See photos.  The vinyl could have been ~VG if not for the crack.  Placeholder copy, though the rumor is there are only 5 copies that exist, or fewer.
