Description
The Coasters - ATCO 33-101 LP, 1957, VG+/VG++, DG 1st Press, Still in Cellophane
Artist: The Coasters
Album: The Coasters
Description: Original mono 1st pressing on Atco from 1957. Has yellow harp label and deep groove. C-90000 runoff matrix. This is a compilation of early 45s, mostly by The Coasters, but oddly with some tracks by another group The Robins thrown in. Hard to find original issue.
Sleeve Condition: VG+, still in original outer cellophane, which is cut so record can be removed - no other holes or tears. No writing or stickers, no seam splits, no bends. Simply gorgeous. Has some very slight corner wear and some wrinkling to the back cover slick (factory issue, not wear). Overall really nice shape. I've added a new archival inner sleeve, there was no inner sleeve when I found it and I'm not sure it ever did.
Vinyl: Strong VG+ bordering on EX, Play tested and sounds great - and frankly I might be the only person to have ever listened to side 2. No scuffs or scratches, very clean with original gloss. Labels are clean with no marks or stickers - Side 1 has the lightest of spindle wear, side 2 looks untouched. Deep groove clearly visible. You just aren't going to find one in much better shape than this. Will make a nice addition to your collection!
I want buying from me to be a good experience for you. I also know that condition can be very subjective, so I encourage you to see pics for exact condition details and ask questions if you need additional information. As always, the item you see is the one you will get. Please see my feedback, I think that will show that I am an accurate and fair grader and make sure my customers are happy.
Check out my other listings, I'm adding several cool records to my store from a couple of collection buys over the last two weeks. Please mark me as a favorite seller if you like what you see. I have bunch of stuff to get rid of. Good luck and happy bidding!!
