"The 'Chirping' Crickets"
Brunswick BL-54038, 1957 (Sample Copy/Promo, yellow label)
Am in the process of clearing out hundreds of LP's at our business. Want to specialize in Rock and Jazz/R&B vinyl albums and need the space
This LP is the first for Buddy Holly (lead singer, guitarist), with Joe Maudlin (bass), Jerry Allison (drums) and Niki Sullivan (guitar)
Cuts: Oh, Boy! (hit #10 on Billboard Top 40); Not Fade Away; You've Got Love; Maybe Baby (hit #17 in 1958); It's Too Late; Tell Me How / That'll Be the Day (hit #1); I'm Lookin' for Someone to Love; An Empty Cup (and a Broken Date); Send Me Some Lovin'; Last Night; Rock Me My Baby
Condition: On a scale of NM, VG++, VG+, VG and VG-, I rate the cover VG (top edge split 4" in, some scuffing/aging but otherwise clean and no writing) and the vinyl VG as well (obviously played but still fairly bright and with only surface issues).
Shipped in hard cardboard container made for shipping LPs.
Shipping in USA will include Delivery Confirmation Receipt. I combine shipments to save you money. Delivery: next day after receipt of payment.
