This is an auction for one(1) The Charlie Daniels Band - Simple Man LP from 1989 on Epic Reords (#FE 45316) that is STILL FACTORY SEALED IN THE ORIGINAL SHRINK WRAP.  

The cover is in NEAR MINT condition with typical wear from age, included, but not limited to small dings and ring wear both of which are typical. There are no split seams, punch holes, cut outs, clips, stamps, etc.

The vinyl is assumed to be mint as this is still sealed.  

I am the original owner. I purchased this new for my then girlfriend in 1989 in Chicago. She never opened it and I got it in the break up. It has been in storage ever since.
