This is the original 1968 Pressing of ‘The Champ’ by The Mohawks / Morris Hawk not one of the re-issues or Dutch bootlegs.

Item Condition
Record Condition: VG+
Record has a couple very light (inaudible)hairline scratches and a small dent on the outer edge of side two and a small dent halfway along track one side two. We have thoroughly play tested the record and couldn’t hear any unwanted noise, hiss or skips. The record appears to have barely been played. There is a small sticker on the label of side two which we haven’t attempted to remove.
Sleeve Condition VG+
Sleeve is in very good condition especially for its age. There is a slight outline of ring press visible on front cover (this should be visible in photos), a little wear on the corners of the sleeve and a small area near the spine on the base where the sleeve has come unglued (also pictured).
Altogether we are confident in our grading of this record and sleeve as VG+.
