Description
The Breeders, Pod, vinyl LP A1. Glorious, A2. Doe, A3. Happiness Is A Warm Gun, A4. Oh!, A5. Hellbound, A6. When I Was A Painter, B1. Fortunately Gone, B2. Iris, B3. Opened, B4. Only In 3s, B5. Lime House, B6. Metal Man
Twelve idiosyncratic songs from Kim Deal, with some collaboration from Tanya Donnelly and Josephine Wiggs on a few tracks. A strange hothouse of a record, langorous and atonal at times, raucous knees-up at others. Highly sexualised lyrics. The whole thing given a claustraphobic garage grunge production by Steve Albini. Shadowy. Brilliant.
Record plays perfectly, no scratches Outer sleeve in near perfect condition, original inner sleeve printed in a gloss finish and in equally excellent condition.
The record has since been re-issued, but this is the original pressing from 1990.
