This is a single LP by the Breeders: "Fate to Fatal."

they printed 1000 of these total. Most were on black, but between 10-20 were pressed on various colors. This one is #006 of 1000, and has a green screened cover.

all versions sold like hot cakes, not sure how i got this one! Played it once, sleeve and vinyl are mint.
