EX (Excellent) A record that has a few visual imperfections that will not affect the sound. Likely played only a handful of times or never at all .
VG+ (Very Good Plus) A few more surface marks than a EX. The record has probably been played before but well taken care of and should play with very few audible imperfections .
VG (Very Good) The record will display light surface scuffs and marks. Expect some light surface noise in parts or a few clicks or pops here and there. A VG record will play with very minimal noise and will still be quite enjoyable. We think our VG grade is conservative .
G+ (Good Plus) The record may have some deeper audible scratches. There will be some clicks and pops more consistently than that of a VG record but will play without skipping.

P (Poor) Records with this grade should be considered unplayable. Sleeve Grading Key Bidder should be aware that a cover that is graded NM will be like new and with no apparent wear or defects and a cover that is graded Poor will be a wreck that is still desirable based on scarcity, historical importance or other market demand.
