Description
This is a very rare copy of Meet The Beatles mono with the” for promotional use only not for sale” sticker on the front. In all of my years collecting this is only the second copy I’ve ever found.
Covers is very nice the front sticker shows no signs of peeling. There is some foxing on the back of the jacket as you can see in the pictures there is no writing on the jacket or the record labels whatsoever.
The spine is solid the top seam is in beautiful shape but there is a 1/8 inch split starting at the mouth. The bottom seam is solid as well.
Does come with original blue inner sleeve
It is the rarer Decca pressing with two BMI‘s on the front. Record does have some light scratches. Nothing that affects the play. I’ve played this myself with no issues I would grade the record overall at VG.
I will also grade the jacket itself conservatively at VG as well
Also, found tucked away in the jacket was the original insert given out during the onslaught of Beatlemania. These are increasingly hard to find and is in beautiful shape no tack holes or writing.
