Description

Up for auction is the LP---Ain't She Sweet---The Beatles & Other Great Group Sounds From England. The LP includes 4 songs by The Beatles and 8 by The Swallows, 6 of which were written by Lennon-McCartney. Check the photos for the song titles.
There has been quite a bit of interest so let's make it a bit more interesting. I've lowered my opening bid to where I'll take a loss. Bad for me, good for you.
I'm listing this for the "collector". It is RARE and it is the Stereo edition with the Tan & Purple lable issued in 1964. Goldmine has it at $400 but that means little. What is important is CONDITION and there are none on E-Bay that come even close to this one. The shrink even has the original price tag. My opening bid will be high but considering it's rarity, it is probably worth much more.
Cover: Still in shrink and NO damage. Even the back is still white where it should be...NO stains ...No seamsplits The labels: VG++. Check the spindle holes. Not even the slightest mark that it was ever on a turntable. Inner Sleeve: Something I rarely mention but also almost "Like New". Vinyl: Very clean with no scratches but a minor scuff on Side2 Song 2. Doesn't effect play.
I had this LP more or less as a curio because it is the only Beatles LP released on the ATCO lable. I never played it till now and that was just to test it. I do have a bunch of ATCO 45's that I may list, if I ever find them again.
The entire LP played clean with slight surface noise in a few of the more silent spots.
When you bid on my auctions you are bidding on my collections. My 1st LP was "Meet The Beatles" when it came out in 1964. That means it took me basically 60 years to collect my 20,000 plus LPs. Of course I'll never sell them all.
Keep looking. You may find something you like.
THANKS FOR LOOKING AND GOOD LUCK!!!
You pay for Media Mail to cut down on your cost but I MAY upgrade to Priority Mail with insurance at my coat.

My grading system: There is No Mint or Mint- in my grading. Nothing is perfect in this reality so VG+ is as high as I go.  I will include VG+ for rare and older LPs because they are hard to find in "Like New" condition.   VG+---No damage, no smudges and perfect sound. (For "New" looking LPs, I'll add an extra +). VG---Maybe slight surface noise but still "like new". G---A playable LP with surface noise, some pops but no skips and worthy of a serious collection. G-/---Basically the same as G but RARE and will only be listed when playable without distortion.
The same grading will go with Covers and inserts and will be described in detail.
ABOUT FEEDBACK. I WILL LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK AS SOON AS YOUR END IS COMPLETED.
I don't wait for you first.
