Description
The time has come for me to part with my 50 year old Beatles collection. This collection consists of LP's, 45's, picture sleeves, EP's, 12" singles, picture discs, sealed LP's, test pressings, acetates, promos, box sets, and CD's from the US and the UK. The collection also includes vinyl and CD's from John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr, and Apple artists. There are numerous rarities in this collection. The vast majority of the vinyl is in NM- to NM condition; I tried not to acquire anything with a grade below that, or attempted to upgrade, although a few of the extremely hard to find items I was unable to upgrade and will have a grade below that. If you are a Beatles collector, be sure to bookmark me as the vinyl I'll be listing will surely be of interest. Here we go; a splendid time is guaranteed for all.
The Beatles-"Beatles For Sale" LP, Parlophone PCS 3062, 1st Stereo pressing, released in 1964.
Side 1 Matrix: YEX 142-1, with "A" at the 3 o'clock position and "1" at the 9 o'clock position. "KT" tax code is on the label.
Side 2 matrix: YEX-143-1, with "RM" at the 3 o'clock position and "4" at the 9 o'clock position.
Vinyl, VISUALLY graded by Goldmine standards, is in strong VG, bordering on VG+, condition; each side has a few light marks, but none look like they would cause any problem with play. Both sides still retain their full gloss. There are spindle marks on the side 1 label. The cover is also in strong VG/VG+ condition, showing some very light general age wear and there are two small tears tat the top and bottom of the gatefold. These covers are flimsy and have always been prone to wear. Includes an Emitex inner sleeve, in nice shape. Classic Beatles, in overall very nice shape.
