Description
Hello everyone,
I'm sorting out some LPs from my collection of over 60 years. I have already listed Beatles albums and I shall be placing a few more records of their's for auction. Below are the details and condition of this lot, record first, sleeve second :-
' HELP ' Mono PMC 1255 1st pressing YEX 549-2 / 550-2 Sold in UK label. Fine lines and small scuffs throughout but the record plays beautifully, without any distortion and with a very quiet background and all imperfections are non-
sounding. The sleeve is in excellent order barring two small tears on the opening edge [ as seen in the photo ]. VG / VG+
' WITH THE BEATLES ' Mono PMC 1206 2nd pressing YEX 447-7N / 448-7N Recording First Published 1963 on label. Fine lines and fine light scratches throughout. A little light crackle may be heard between tracks and, if one listens really hard,
the occasional suggestion of crackle can be detected. There are no clicks, hops or other nasties and all imperfections are non-sounding. The sleeve has some very small creases on a couple of edges but there are no tears. The rear is well handled [ as seen in the photo ]. VG / VG
' PLEASE PLEASE ME ' Mono PMC 1202 4th pressing YEX 421-1N / YEX 422-1N Recording First Published 1963 label. Fine lines and light scratches throughout with a 1cm long proper scratch on each side. As with other imperfections one of
scratches doesn't sound but the other gives a light click once per revolution for around eight times. Barring the aforementioned clicks the record plays without background noise and is silent between tracks. Apart from a touch of wear on one corner the
sleeve is excellent. VG- / EXC -
' ABBEY ROAD ' STEREO PCS 7088 2nd pressing ? YEX 749-2 / YEX 750-1 Some fine paper lines and a few light scratches, all non-sounding, and 2 short scratches which give a click per revolution. Some light crackle may be heard throughout. The sleeve is in excellent condition. VG- / EXC -
All records are dead flat. All spines are clearly read with minimal marks.
Thank you for your interest and please be assured that I describe to the best of intention; I would hate to think that a buyer would be disappointed with the records. I offer a full refund but I'm sure that will not be necessary. If personal collection is preferred payment is by cash only on collection, please.
Please feel free to ask questions or request further photos.
Kind regards,
Brian.
