Description

  • Up for sale is this excellent conditioned original authentic 3rd State Stereo Butcher Cover of "Yesterday & Today" by The Beatles released in late June of 1966 in The United States. I just peeled a very clean 2nd State Cover last night. I have peeled over 10 east coast covers before but this is the first Stereo cover i have peeled. The Stereo covers are about 10 times rarer than the mono covers. The cover is in excellent condition with no seam splits or just a bit of flaking wear to the spine. There is also a little corner tip wear. The peel came out really good with just a few tiny flaws you can see in the pictures. The back of the cover has no writing & a stain on the lower left corner. There is a #2 by the R.I.A.A. symbol which means the cover was manufactured in Scranton on the east coast. The matching east coast Stereo LP vinyl record is in near mint- condition with hardly any play wear at all. All most of the original shine is still there. Also included is an original east coast golden rod Capitol Records inner sleeve in excellent condition with no splits. This 3rd State cover & record will be double boxed for protection through shipment. Thanks Frank
