The Beatles Yesterday and Today vinyl Butcher Cover Colored Vinyl.
(This is a limited edition from 2014 - re-issue of original 1966 release)
Album is still sealed. Album cover has very small corner dents from storage. Not sure of what color the vinyl is because album has never been opened. It is believed to be yellow since “limited colored vinyl edition” round sticker is yellow.
Album is sealed but has a 3 inch opening in cellophane wrapping - see attached photos.
Great album for your Beatles collection as this is a limited edition and still unopened.
Included is a “copy” (not an original) of the letter Capitol Records Distributing Corp. issued on June 14, 1966 and sent out asking for the original 1966 album to be returned because of the controversial “butcher” album cover.
Album will be placed in a protective clear vinyl record protector and mailed with cardboard protection squares inside the record package box for safe handling of album/vinyl.
On Nov-04-21 at 11:19:42 PDT, seller added the following information:The opening in the cellophane wrapping is exactly 3 inches. The photo shown is a close up. The second photo of the opening shows a ruler next to the opening to show it is only 3 inches. Album is sealed and record has not been removed from cover (obviously because the opening is only 3 inches and a record is 12 inches).
