This is indeed a 'second state' version of this album, with the pasteover evident and the original 'butcher' cover hidden, with the famous Ringo turtleneck showing through below "Today".   There is a notation of "27:10" written on the back, indicating the total time of both album side recordings.  Pictures have been added for clarity and to indicate album cover more clearly.
