Very rare US Beatles Mono record from 1966

Yesterday and Today The "Butcher" Cover

3rd state (Peeled)

Capitol Rainbow Label T-2553 Mono

Release date: June 1966

A good example of a 3rd state 

The front cover has has a reasonable peel, very difficult to get Trunk slick off in one piece without some residue remaining and lifting . 

There are areas that have been reset after lifting during peel, please see scans. 

Rear of cover has stains as a result of age, use, handling, storage and over last 50+ years. Cover in one piece. some separation on one side of mouth and spine, please see scans.

Vicky Leadbetter has written her name on the rear of cover and label so she knew it was her's at the end of a party.

 The vinyl is 100% flat and plays without skips.

This cover was manufactured in the LA pressing plant as indicated by the small 6 next to the logo on the back bottom right hand of the cover. 

The Columbia letter is shown to tell the recall story.
