Description: This is what appears to be a 3rd State Beatles "Butcher" Cover of Yesterday & Today. I'm not an expert and I have no way to verify the legitimacy of this cover, but the vinyl record and insert both appear to be period correct.
Based on appearances, it looks like the original cover was peeled (Hence the waviness) and both the Original Cover and Butcher Cover were pasted on a new record. I can see imagery underneath the vinyl that does not appear to be the Yesterday & Today cover. All the edges are taped and I have not peeled anything back.
If this is an original Butcher Cover, I believe it is what they consider "3rd State".
The Vinyl is in G+ to VG condition with some scratches and scuffs. The Labels are in excellent condition. The insert has seem splits on most sides.
Since I have no way to verify if this is an original "Butcher Cover", I'm selling it As Is/No Returns.

Due to the popularity of this auction, I have decided to throw in another orange "Capitol '66; Sounds Great" Insert. I am unable to upload a picture of the insert, but this one is in great shape with two minor seam splits (about 3" on the bottom and 1.5" on one side).
This particular insert has Rubber Soul and Help! promoted along side Beach Boys' Party! and the Beach Boys Summer Days.
I believe both inserts are period correct,
