Description
You are viewing a 12" LP vinyl record copy of "Yesterday"...and Today by The Beatles. This is a rare pre-1969 contract pressing at Columbia Records Terre Haute plant. This record was released by Capitol records prior to the addition of the "subsidiary" language to the label. See below for Matrix info. It is also rare in that it is true 2-channel stereo from the sixties, not split mono or fake stereo.
Condition:
Vinyl: VG+ This album has very little surface noise and is a very enjoyable listen. Sleeve: VG The sleeve is in solid condition but has some wear on edges, a two inch seam split at top and writing on front and back. See photos.
This record has been cleaned on a Record Doctor V vacuum record cleaning machine. I have graded the vinyl by play testing (listening to) the album in its entirety.
My grading scale:
M "mint" - perfect, flawless, probably still sealed, unopened in the original shrinkwrap; NM "near mint" - sounds brand new. No noticeable surface noise at all during play. VG+ "Very good plus" - minimal surface noise in quiet passages of the music. Surface noise not detectable otherwise. VG "Very good" - surface noise can be detected throughout the record, however music still comes through clear and is enjoyable.
G+ "Good plus" - significant surface noise is heard throughout the record, but record still plays without skipping. G "Good" - music is recognizable but not enjoyable to listen to. You are buying this record for sentimental reasons.
