Here we have a rare original copy of The Beatles' Yesterday And Today 3rd state butcher cover from 1966. This was the band's 9th studio album released on Capitol and featured some of their best work. This particular copy is the 1st mono issue pressed on the black Capitol 'color band' labels.
The record is in poor condition, with surface scratches, feelable scratches and scuffs. Side 1 Track 1 has a bad skip caused by groove damage. The rest of the record plays through fine, with moderate surface noise. The cover is in G+ condition, with parts of the butcher slick ripped off down to the bare cardboard. The remaining cover slick is in wonderful peeled condition, with no residue that I can see. The rest of the cover has some light ring wear, edge wear, and spine wear.
