The Riaa logo is near to number 6, indicating cover/jacket fabricated by Imperial Packing Co., Inc. of Indianapolis, IN

In the back of cover , logo Capitol - Emi , Fds , Made in U.S.A. * Factories : Scranton , Pa. - Los Angeles, Calif.-Jacksonville , ill.

On spine "stereophonic" appears in white, with the black box.

 

SIDE 1 and 2: Near Mint (NM) Vinyl is virtually flawless, bright, and shiny. The labels are clean and unmarked. I played both sides of the record several times and Both sides play through beautifully with no skips or pops that impact the sound quality

CONDITION OF SLEEVE: Excellent (EX), Very minor signs of wear or cover impressions. Artwork is as close to perfection as possible.
