Description
Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: The Beatles – Yellow Submarine – Original UK MONO Vinyl LP album from 1979.
Original UK MONO Pressing.
PMC 7070
Front Laminated Flip-Back sleeve with the printed Red lines on the back.
Vinyl Condition: VG (Some light surface marks and light surface scuffs but nothing that affects playback. Side 2 has some more visible but light marks but again nothing that affects the play. The record plays beautifully with lovely sound. There is very little crackle and only the occasional pop. The record really is a delight to play and is one of the best playing copies I have ever had of this album. condition. Lovely overall playback and no sticks or jumps at all).
Inner Sleeve Condition: VG (Original black inner sleeve is present and has no splits. There is some slight red stains to the top right but apart from that it is superb).
Outer Sleeve Condition: VG/EX (Front laminated flip-back sleeve is in lovely condition. There is the odd light egde crease and some creases to the bottom right corner but is in beautiful condition for its age and is without a doubt one of the best I have had of this album).
I grade my records as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
