ORIGINAL MONO YELLOW SUBMARINE LP
In pretty much excellent condition.
PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR DETAILED DESCRIPTION.
SLEEVE = ... very nice with no splits and no corner creases, just a few thumbs.
Date of release on back. .. please see pics.
INNER = Original black inner is present - has a tear at the opening and some ceasing. The die cut centre is sound.
The record is placed in a new black poly-lined inner sleeve for transport.
VINYL = ... retains a nice sheen with excellent audio.
Side 1. ... some faint whispys under bright light. Only 2 light marks visible in normal daylight.
I have pictured the one which can be lightly heard (only in the gap between tracks 1 and 2).
Other than that there are 2 lone clicks in the dead wax at the run in, before the music begins.
The audio is great, a joy to listen to.
Side 2.
One faint hairline does not affect - some whispys under bright light.
I have pictured some scuffs on the edge of the record. It looks like 2 in the photo but there are actually 4...... and 2 more further around. They have no affect.
This being the orchestral side has some incredibly quiet parts so expect a few little, light crackles here and there... it plays great!
This is from my collection and plays with no skips, sticks, distortion or nasty crackle.
A very nice copy in pretty much excellent condition, maybe EX- because of the points made above. The worst thing in my mind is the small tear on the black inner sleeve which I have pictured.
Get yourself a decent MONO!
