Description
Very rare red vinyl LP by The Beatles on the TMQ label of early 1960's BBC recordings. Titled "Yellow Matter Custard" this is a very hard to find (mega rare) LP. Another oddity is the homemade cover of photocopies of early Beatle photos. I have to admit that it was something I did in my youth, but it actually is kind unique at least. Keep in mind that the original cover had no photos, credits or even song listings. It just had "Yellow Matter Custard" in small block letters on the front cover (the back cover was blank). The vinyl is in VG+ condition and not played to death at all but pretty quiet overall. No scratches or scuffs. Remember that TMQ was not known for high quality pressings. Writing on Side 2 label. Pretty cool one a kind record that may not be around long. Check my feedback for great service, heavy duty packing and strict play grading of high quality vinyl. This has been cleaned on a pro VPI 17F record cleaning machine which vastly lowers the noise floor and improves the sound of any record dramatically. While eBay requires us to post Media Mail at $4 I highly encourage any US buyer to pay $7 extra and use Priority Mail as it is a much faster service and records get much better treatment during shipping. Media Mail can also be very slow at times (up to two weeks) while Priority Mail is 2-3 days anywhere in the US. No hassle return policy. Strict play grading by seller with many years experience of selling high quality vinyl. Heavy duty packing. Please email any questions. US shipping. Media Mail $4. (can be slow with so so handling of package). US Priority Mail $11 (much faster, better handing. Excellent service). UK Air Mail $21 Australia / Japan Air Mail $21 Canada Air Mail $14 Other countries send message, but similar to above prices. Can combine shipping for slight additional cost.
