The Beatles White Album Ultra Low Numbered Sleeve??? Stereo Please Read.

I bought this record in the early 1970's after I left school in London's Soho.

As you can see from the photos it looks like the ultra low No. 0000057 but I am unsure and I leave it to you to make your own mind up. I have seen very many numbered white albums since I started collecting in 1967 with varying stamped numbers of different printing quality, some lightly stamped other heavily stamped with ink left over etc. Again please make your own mind up.

The Cover is quite respectable with some dings on the bottom 2 corners. It has yellowed a little over the years but is fully intact.

Turning to the Records. They are stereo pressings PCS 7067/8 with "an EMI recording on all 4 sides (that's how they came, I've not switched them) and the "sold in uk" statement. The side 3 label is quite feintly printed!

I have just replayed the Records and the playback is lovely with just a hint of static crackle in the quieter moments that a professional clean should improve. There is a finger nail mark on side 3 that is not audible. All surfaces still retain a great sheen to them.

Matrix yex 709/710/711/712, all -1.

Stampers GGH2, GAD2, GOM2, GGT3.

Sadly the pics and poster have long gone but the black inners are present albeit with a split on the bottom seam.
